1. Overview

Events Bsb Company, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") sells tickets to live events, concerts, sporting events, theatrical performances, festivals, conferences, and other entertainment experiences ("Tickets") throughout all 50 United States, including Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how, when, and where we deliver Tickets purchased through our store. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


2. Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery methods, depending on the Event, venue, and ticket type:

2.1 Mobile / Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets) — Default Method

The majority of our Tickets are delivered electronically as a PDF attachment, mobile barcode, or transferable mobile ticket sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery cost: FREE

  • Delivery time: Immediately to 24 hours after purchase confirmation, OR closer to the Event date if release is restricted by the Event Organizer (see Section 4).

2.2 Will-Call (Box Office Pickup)

For select Events, Tickets are held at the venue's box office for pickup on the day of the Event.

  • Delivery cost: FREE

  • Required at pickup: Valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order, the credit card used for purchase (if applicable), and the order confirmation number.

2.3 Standard Physical Shipping (USPS / UPS / FedEx)

For Events requiring hard-stock tickets, credentials, wristbands, or VIP packages, we ship physical materials to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., APO/FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2.4 Rush / Last-Minute Delivery

For Events occurring within 72 hours of purchase where physical shipping is not feasible, we will automatically convert your order to Mobile Delivery or Will-Call at no additional cost, and notify you by email.


3. Order Processing Time

  • E-tickets: Processed instantly to within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Physical tickets: Processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.


4. Delayed Delivery (Restricted Release)

Some Event Organizers and venues require Tickets to be released to buyers only within a specific window before the Event (for example, 48 hours, 7 days, or 14 days prior). This is done to combat fraud and unauthorized resale.

If your Tickets are subject to a delayed release:

  • This will be clearly noted on the product page and order confirmation.

  • You will receive your Tickets via email no later than 24 hours before the Event start time.

  • No action is required on your part — just monitor the inbox associated with your order.


5. Shipping Addresses & Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address and a valid email address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses or undeliverable email accounts entered by the customer.

  • Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information will be re-shipped at the customer's expense, provided there is still time before the Event.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight services (USPS may be used for Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes).


6. Tracking

For all physical shipments, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

For electronic tickets, you will receive an email confirmation upon delivery. If you do not see the email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Tickets

7.1 Electronic Tickets

If you have not received your e-ticket within the expected delivery window:

  1. Check your spam/junk/promotions folder.

  2. Verify the email address on your order confirmation.

  3. Contact our support team at 866-516-0200 or by email — we will resend the Tickets free of charge.

7.2 Physical Tickets

If a physical shipment is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you did not receive it:

  • Contact the carrier first to file a claim or trace the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery date so we can assist.

  • Where possible (and depending on Event Organizer rules), we will void the original Tickets and reissue replacements. Replacement and re-shipping fees may apply.

We are not liable for Tickets lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed after delivery confirmation by the carrier or after e-ticket delivery to the email address provided.


8. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for physical Tickets pass to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided. Title and risk of loss for electronic Tickets pass to the buyer upon transmission to the email address provided.


9. Shipping During Peak Seasons & Holidays

During high-demand periods (major holidays, championship games, concert tours, festival season), carrier delays may occur. We recommend ordering early when possible. For Events occurring within 7 days, we strongly recommend selecting Mobile Delivery or Will-Call to avoid shipping delays.

We do not ship on the following U.S. federal holidays:

  • New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.


10. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping/billing address and applicable state and local tax laws. Sales tax, where applicable, is non-refundable except where required by law.


11. International Orders

At this time, we ship only within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not ship physical Tickets to international addresses. International customers may still purchase electronic Tickets for U.S.-based Events, provided they have a valid email address and can present the digital ticket at the venue.


12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
