1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final

Events Bsb Company, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") sells tickets to live events, concerts, sporting events, theatrical performances, festivals, conferences, and other entertainment experiences ("Events") throughout all 50 United States.

Because tickets are time-sensitive, perishable goods tied to a specific event, date, and time, ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Once a ticket purchase is completed, it is non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, except as expressly provided in this policy below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. When Refunds ARE Issued

We will issue a full refund of the ticket face value (excluding non-refundable service, processing, and delivery fees, where permitted by applicable state law) in the following circumstances:

2.1 Event Cancellation

If an Event is cancelled in full by the Event Organizer, promoter, venue, performer, or any other responsible party, and is not rescheduled, you will receive an automatic refund to your original method of payment.

2.2 Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an Event is rescheduled to a new date:

  • Your original ticket will typically remain valid for the new date.

  • If the new date does not work for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of the official rescheduling announcement by contacting us at the email address listed below.

  • After the 30-day window expires, the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refund will be issued.

2.3 Material Change to the Event

If there is a material change to the Event (for example: a headline performer is replaced, the venue is moved to a substantially different geographic location, or the date is changed by more than 7 days), you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the change.

2.4 Duplicate Charges or Order Errors on Our End

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error on our website or payment processor, or if we shipped/delivered an incorrect ticket, we will refund the duplicate charge or issue the correct ticket at no additional cost.


3. When Refunds Are NOT Issued

Refunds, exchanges, or credits will NOT be issued in any of the following situations:

  • Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or change of plans

  • Inability to attend due to personal reasons (illness, work conflicts, transportation issues, weather not affecting the Event itself, etc.)

  • Failure to receive an electronic ticket due to incorrect email address provided by the customer, full inbox, or spam filters

  • Lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, or destroyed tickets

  • Purchases made by mistake (wrong date, wrong event, wrong quantity, wrong seat section)

  • Partial attendance (arriving late, leaving early, missing part of the Event)

  • Dissatisfaction with the Event content, performance quality, seating view, sound, weather (for outdoor Events), crowd behavior, or venue amenities

  • Denied entry due to violation of venue rules, age restrictions, ID requirements, dress code, or intoxication

  • Events postponed and rescheduled where the customer does not contact us within the 30-day refund window described in Section 2.2

  • Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers, scalpers, or secondary marketplaces — we can only honor refunds for tickets purchased directly through our store

  • Service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, and convenience charges (these are non-refundable except where required by applicable state law)


4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, please contact us in writing with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name on the order

  • Email address used at the time of purchase

  • Event name, date, and venue

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation (cancellation notice, change announcement, etc.)

Response Time

We will respond to all refund requests within five (5) business days of receipt.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.


5. Shipping & Delivery of Tickets

We deliver tickets across all 50 U.S. states. Tickets are typically delivered electronically (via email or mobile transfer) immediately after purchase or closer to the Event date, as determined by the Event Organizer.

  • Electronic tickets: Non-returnable. Once delivered to the email address provided, delivery is considered complete.

  • Physical/will-call tickets (where applicable): Shipping fees are non-refundable once tickets have been shipped.

If you have not received your electronic ticket within 24 hours of purchase (or within the timeframe stated at checkout for delayed delivery), please contact our support team immediately so we can resend or troubleshoot.


6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and directly. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks (where the ticket was delivered and the Event took place as scheduled) will be contested with full documentation, including this policy, order confirmation, and delivery records.


7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform, cancel, or refund obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemic, epidemic, government action or restriction, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, utility failures, or any action by the Event Organizer or venue. In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined by the Event Organizer's policy and applicable law.


8. State-Specific Rights

This policy is designed to comply with consumer protection laws across all 50 U.S. states. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable state law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
